We will use this time to review your progress, talk about any changes with medical history or lab results, and cover any new topics you wish to talk about.

The main force behind SilverStreamRD is a deep desire to help individuals with Chronic Kidney Disease make sense of all enormous amount of nutrition information out in the world. Sure, you get information from your doctors or maybe you've done research on the internet. You may have noticed that often the information doesn't match. I started this business to help you understand how to put it all together in a way that makes sense to you.
I have spent the majority of my career working in the area of kidney disease. I've had the opportunity to work in dialysis clinics, on research projects, as a medical health educator, and as a professional speaker on kidney disease topics. I understand what is important to you.
So why SilverStreamRD? The name came to me a few years back after my husband and I bought a wonderful silver RV trailer to travel the country. We take journeys, both short and long, and enjoy new experiences. SilverStreamRD is another sort of journey and aren't we all on a journey of some kind or another? I hope we meet along the way.
